Adam Sipple is one of the best attorneys Ive ever come across . After my apartment was mistakenly cleaned out and property was illegally taken from my apartment due to a mistake in my apartments system , without an eviction notice or any notification from my apartment complex, he helped me receive a fair settlement and quickly. With his help, when the complex tried to serve me with an official eviction notice he was able to get that cleared away as well . He really helped me understand my rights and that I was treated unfairly by the complex . I can’t thank him enough for being empathetic and understanding with my case .

Adam represented me regarding very serious criminal charges. I was innocent but could easily have been sent to prison for fifteen years. During the jury trial he cross-examined the main witness so well she had a nervous breakdown and was taken to the hospital. The jury found me NOT GUILTY. I am so thankful I had a real attorney who actually knew how to kick ass at trial and did not tell me to “take a deal.”

About

I help people work through difficult times, often because they are in trouble with the law, having difficulty in their marriage, or because they have been wronged or taken advantage of by the police, a party to a business agreement, a product manufacturer, or another driver. Over the past 20 years, I have tried many cases to juries and have represented hundreds of clients in both state and federal courts, including Nebraska, New York, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. My practice includes the defense of citizens accused of a crime, appellate practice in state and federal courts, federal civil rights actions against police, products liability litigation, probate, personal injury, divorce and other family law issues. I have won numerous jury acquittals and criminal appeals and have successfully settled several civil rights actions against abusive police officers.
