About
My practice is dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor to business clients. Frequently this involves real estate issues, operational or formation matters, and changes to business ownership. Common real estate issues include providing counsel through financing, leasing, and purchases and sales. Many of my clients conduct business in the wine-industry and I am well versed in the specific issues facing growers, vintners and ABC licensees.
