Andi joined the Carlyle & Conlan team as a Project Coordinator / Researcher until she could pursue her passion of law by entering law school. Prior to joining C&C, Andi had no expertise in our industry, but she quickly became an exceptional member of our team. Andi is not only a very professional, pleasant and intelligent person with a maturity beyond her years, she has an ability to focus for long periods of time as she commits to deliver at levels far exceeding the expectations of her colleages. Andi learned and used multiple resources very well for her research,and she presented the results of her research in an organized, logical manner. During her work, both as a researcher and as a project coordinator, Andi worked closely with some of the most senior members of our team, and she was comfortable regularly seeking guidance and providing status reports with all. Andi has a deep sense of curiousity and a desire to solve issues well and in a timely manner. She reads people and situations very well, and she is very well-organized. I am confident that Andi will continue to exceed expectations in whatever she does. I highly recommend Andi.
