I had the privilege of working with Ashley Tuchman during my divorce. She made things very simple and easy for me to understand during the entire process. She was amazing at catching the smallest details and coming up with brilliant strategies that helped my ex and I come to an agreement and settle our divorce in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a more seamless experience with my divorce. Ashley and her team guided me through each step and anticipated the next. A member of the Arizona Bar since October of 2009 – and the California bar since December of 2008 – Ashley Tuchman is an attorney at My Modern Law. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Ms. Tuchman completed her education at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles before moving to Arizona in 2009.
Through her years of experience as a civil litigator and consumer law attorney at McCarthy Law PLC, she has seen how much of an impact finances can have on a family. The domino effect that debt, real estate, employment and credit disputes can have on even the most successful familial bonds is tremendous.
Now a member of the growing staff at My Modern Law, Ms. Tuchman brings with her immense dedication and many years of financial law experience to the family law realm in order to provide clients with a more well-rounded picture of what their options are with all of the ancillary issues that come when familial relationships are in crisis.
