I am a graduate of Hofstra University and Touro College of Law.  Since 2010 I have been on the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and have been an active member of the New York State Bar Association since 2003.
I am also one of the authors of the Department Updates for New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.  The updates provide the membership with the latest personal injury case law in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Westchester, and Long Island.

Tort victims, or personal injury victims as they are more commonly known, include those persons who are injured through automobile, motorcycle, and interstate trucking accidents, construction and premises accidents which include trip-and-falls and slip-and-falls, product defects which include defective medical devices, and medical malpractice.The firm handles the torts of the 21st Century as well.  We represent victims of Revenge Porn, which is media (photographs or videos) of a sexual or intimate nature that is publicly shared online without the consent of the pictured individual.  WeitzPascale further represents victims injured through defamation, whether it is by slander or libel.  Our clients include individuals victimized through the internet and corporations damaged by false and malicious business reviews on websites such as Yelp.We adhere to the highest standard of professional integrity, thoroughly investigating the merits of each case and presenting them in an organized and effective manner.
