About

Charlotte is an experienced litigator who handles the full range of litigation and other special projects for Kenyon Disend clients, including labor and employment, condemnation, franchise negotiations, open public meetings and public records issues, and other matters.  Charlotte also has significant experience in appellate litigation, including administrative hearings, interlocutory appeals, and expedited appeals in both federal and state court.
Before joining Kenyon Disend, Charlotte was a litigator at McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren, PLLC in Seattle, where her practice was primarily focused on employment and other complex commercial matters.  Before that, Charlotte was a defense litigator at the Seattle office of Cozen O’Connor.  While completing her law degree at the University of Washington, Charlotte was a clerk for the Honorable Laura C. Inveen of the King County Superior Court, and had leadership roles in the Student Bar Association and the Graduate and Professional Student Senate, and served as the Associate Editor in Chief for the Washington Law Review.
