David is awesome.! This gentleman has helped me out tremendously. He has also helped out some good friends of mine that I sent over. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Discovered on a Saturday I had an outstanding warrant for my arrest. I immediately submitted a request online for legal advice and was soon inundated with phone calls from many different attorneys. The first 2 were full of doom and gloom. They made me feel like I was interrupting their dinner and just gave me generic advice, advising me to secure the $50K bail. My 3rd call was from David Simon. Surprisingly, he advised me AGAINST paying bail until we found out it was absolutely necessary. At my arraignment , I was released on my own recognizance, thereby avoiding the unnecessary cost of bail. From that moment on, I was thoroughly convinced in his ability to, not only advise in MY best interest, but also to provide hope WITHOUT any unrealistic expectations. He would always respond the same day to the many questions I had along the way and I never felt he had no time for me.
