I was recommended to Rattan and at this point I had no hope for case, but what I talked to him he gave me hope. He wasn't trying to get my money and gave me an honest opinion. Without his help I couldn't be where I am today. I completely recommend going to him. He truly is the best and feels he needs more recognition.

I have worked extensively with attorneys in Silicon Valley. Most of them are so eager to receive an upfront retainer without any knowledge of what your case is about. I was referred to Rattan from a very good friend. When I set the appointment, the receptionist was professional and understanding. When I met Rattan, he approached me with a handshake and a very kind attitude. We then sat in his office in a private session. He listened carefully and gave some suggestion as to how we could mutually approach the legal issues and their solutions. We then agreed on a reasonable retainer. From the very beginning of our relationship, Rattan always gave me ideas how to limit my cost and his plan to reach my objectives. He did what he said he would do. My Bankruptcy and an IRS audit were both handled in a very professional manner. The important point was that all of these legal problems were resolved to my utmost satisfaction. He is quite learned and professional. I believe that he is one of the best attorneys in the Bay Area and I recommended him to anyone who wants to have an honest and knowledgeable attorney to work with.
