I needed someone fluent both in Spanish and English. Someone recommended Emilia, she is not just bilingual but she has cross-cultural competence. Where cultural values differ, the same comment, concept, text or act may be understood completely differently. She was also compassionate about my case and I never felt that money was the first thing on her mind.
