Emily Niklaus Davis is an attorney at Ross & Pines, LLC where she practices all areas of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. During law school, Emily gained invaluable experience clerking for the Department of Justice, Atlanta Immigration Court. Prior to attending law school, Emily received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA and graduated cum laude in Spanish and Political Science. During her undergraduate studies, Emily worked as a summer intern in Seville, Spain, teaching Spanish and translating for international refugees going through the asylum process. She later attended the University of Buenos Aires and traveled extensively throughout Argentina.
Emily is fluent in Spanish. She is a member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
