Gretchen Bundy-Ladowicz is an attorney licensed in Colorado, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
Gretchen began her legal career as a Navy Judge Advocate. She has served as a legal assistance attorney and defense counsel, deployed to Al Asad, Iraq serving as the Assistant Staff Judge Advocate to the Third Marine Aircraft Wing, and later worked as the sole legal advisor to the Navy Information Operations Command Maryland. During her time on active duty, Gretchen also served as an Information Warfare Officer. Her final active duty assignment was with NORAD and U.S. Northern Command She is currently a Navy Reserve Judge Advocate.
She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998 and then went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. Gretchen received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004. In law school she was a first line editor for The Tax Lawyer and subsequently published her note, Water Rights and Like Kind Exchange: Wiechens v. United States. She also holds a Master’s Degree from the United States Naval War College in National Security Affairs and Strategic Studies.
Gretchen lives in the Colorado Springs area with her husband and two children. She enjoys getting away to the mountains whenever possible to ski (alpine and Nordic) and snowshoe.
