I hired Jacqueline to handle a complex, grueling matter which involved the eviction of a holdover in a cooperative apartment and the sale of that apartment. Jacqueline worked tirelessly on this most difficult matter, and guided me through the complexities of Queens County Civil Land Lord Tenant Court, as well as gaining the approval of the NYS Supreme Court for the sale of the unit. This was a particularly difficult and challenge case. Jacqueline is a highly knowledgeable elder care lawyer, a field which is both cross disciplinary and specialized at the same time. She was able to navigate Land Lord Tenant parts in Queens County, the guardianship part of Queens Supreme Court, conduct a closing on a cooperative apartment, and digest a complex regulatory environment. Most lawyers would be lucky to handle just one of those areas as competently as Jacqueline handled all four.
