  I had a very unique situation with an individual that lived at my house and a mesa police officer. Long story short my dog was stolen my property damaged and I was being falsley accused of a crime. I was wrongfully arrested and discriminated against. I lost the job I had at that time. It was one of the most aggravating and frustrating situations I've ever had to deal with. Regretfully I felt the case was such a joke I did not want to invest any hard earned money into it! So I actually went with a public defender ( never do this if you desire any kind of reasonable outcome should you find yourself in such a horrible situation!) He was nothing more than a warm body with a pulse and I question that! They do not care about you and are programmed by the state! I contacted Jana's firm and she was my appointed attorney. I cannot express enough how well she handled every situation in my case from the beginning to the end. She came in on short notice in the middle of me nearly going to trial. She handled everything while keeping at work out of town. I truly believe she cared about my outcome as much as I did. I even expressed to her right as I was going to trial that no matter the outcome I felt she gave me the best possible one I could get. She was nothing short of amazing! She made the prosecution question themselves and backpedal constantly! Even the judge became frustrated with the situation! litterally as the court was about to bring in the jury we had selected the state dismissed the case!! Should you ever find yourself In a horrible legal situation ( they happen! Even to good innocent people! ) I would highly recommend Ms. Junez she helped save my future and that is priceless.   Jana helped me when I was wrongly hit with an Order of Protection. She saw the order, heard my side, and came up with a plan fast. She was seriously and aggressively on top of things. Second to none. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She was there for me whenever I needed her. Literally one call or text away. I recommend her to anyone in need of great help. Side note: She got me the result I wanted in court.
