  I have used Jeff Germany and Lee Webber since 1999 when i first came to Shelby CTY. My experience with their firm has always and still is top notch. Their experience in dealing with problem bankruptcies as well as foreclosures has always been handled in a way that was usually good for the company and a real learning experience for me. I plan on referring as much business from my organization as i can in the future.

  Our Condo HOA was involved in a long running, complex, and very expensive lawsuit with our Developer, Builder and Archchitect. We were not pleased with our previous Lawyers and shopped around for someone with construction experience. We found Jeff and he has been terrific. He is an amazingly quick study and came up to speed very quickly. In his reading of the more than 10,000 pages of documents in our case, he uncovered numerous points that favoed our case and that our previous lawyers had missed. He has been enjoyable to work with - keeping us up to date and making us feel comfortable in asking anything. I have personally observed him in court, where he is confident, succent, accurate, and very persuasive! He is very honest - explaining the benefits of options in possible settlements that do not favor his fee schedule. He has also been very knowledgeable of the law - especially construction law! We are very pleased to have him as our lawyer and I would descibe him in a word --"Professional"!
