I contacted this firm because of Mr. Gould's previous work as an adjuster for a nationwide auto insurer-Progressive – and because I was having trouble with coverage issues with USAA - my own insurer. I hired Jeff and he immediately started in cutting through the nonsense of the claim. He wrote multiple letters on our behalf and we were able to obtain a very favorable and fair result. I highly recommend Jeff Gould Law - he does know how the system works.
