I received a charge 18 months after an incident that I did not think would even make it that far. I have never needed a lawyer so I wanted to get the best I could find. I was recommended John from a corporate lawyer and am thankful I reached out. The case should have been dismissed right away due to the details and a very clear not guilty. The prosecutor wanted a small amount of community service, but required it in a plea, meaning I would have to admit guilt to something I did not do. I feel like the average person and average lawyer would have said take the deal and be done with it. John recommended taking the case all the way to trial, which I felt good about due to Johns confidence and knowledge. We ended up taking the case all the way to trial and and the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case a week before and the Judge dismissed the case with prejudice.

John has represented my family in a multitude of different legal matters and has been successful in all of them. He presents extremely well in the court room and the judges have respect for him. He takes the time to educate himself on a case and argues the law skillfully and successfully every time. John has taken a personal interest in all of our cases and truly puts his best foot forward every time. He bends over backwards for his clients. He is passionate about his career and it shows. Overall, John is just a great guy.

I was born in California and moved to the Pacific Northwest with my parents and three siblings when I was 5 and was raised in Kirkland. I graduated from Juanita High School and I went on to receive my BA from Central Washington University in political science and then received my law degree from Gonzaga Law School in Spokane Washington.
I love what I do and always have. What I do is part of who I am; it courses through my veins. I am invigorated each day in this dynamic field and truly enjoy helping my clients.
