John was great in helping assist in a fraud case for us. Through the whole process, a lot of roadblocks were put in place by the responsible parties, but John was able to overcome them. Through the whole process, he was very good at making sure he or one of his partners were in touch with us, so we always understand where we were at in the process. I would highly recommend John!

About

My career has been strongly devoted to serving and protecting individuals in financial and securities matters, including stock broker fraud, insurance fraud, consumer fraud, securities litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, and other financial frauds. I, myself, was a successful stock broker for a national firm. I entered law to continue serving investors who were defrauded by individual and industry practices that I found unconscionable. Over fifteen years I have been practicing law in securities matters before NASD arbitration panels as well as state and federal courts.
