It would be difficult to quantify the extent to which a truly gifted attorney could change a probable outcome other than to say that one can never be sure whether the attorney possesses an uncanny level of wisdom, or the very sky has opened up and God himself has intervened. This is the only way for me to describe Mr. Belkin's talents, although I'm still unsure about whether this is a mere understatement.
