  I was falsely charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon by my own husband. The situation was critical for me and I was devastated. I was fired from my job two weeks later with no future prospects of employment since I had a criminal record. My life has changed in a snap. I went from being a professional with a good reputation to a ‘criminal’ with no place to live (I got a Protective order from the Judge) and a criminal law suit on my hands. I’m not a US citizen and this fact alone has complicated my situation. I interviewed about 5 different attorneys before making the decision to retain Kiele. My situation was difficult because I simply must not have been convicted or enter any kind of plea bargain, which would ruin my future career since I work in finance and get me out of the country. Moreover, my husband didn’t want to admit the truth being afraid for his own freedom. Most of the lawyers I consulted were preparing me for long process/trial, which would likely to result in some kind of plea bargain (counseling, anger management etc.). I was shocked by these prospects since I was completely innocent and I didn’t want to lie just to get out of this ordeal. One of the attorneys I consulted with even scared me by saying that since I’m not a US citizen there was nothing anybody could do to clear my reputation and I’d most likely have to enter into a plea bargain. NOBODY except for Kiele told me to stand my ground and tell the truth. She worked with my husband to persuade him to admit what he has done (which was NOT easy). She kept me informed about all the details. I didn’t have to go to court once. Kiele took away my stress and fear of the criminal justice system by giving me understanding of the whole process. To conclude, three month later I got my life back on track. I got a new (and better) job, my reputation is almost clear. I’m currently waiting to get my records expunged (which I’m going to do with Kiele’s help). The downfall of all this, is that I developed a strong fear of the police and have no trust in them whatsoever. I highly recommend Kiele as a professional who helps people go through some of the most stressful life challenges. Her services worth every penny. I do hope that this story will help someone to make the right decision and not to give up even everything is against you.

  Kiele is an AMAZING lawyer! She has an incredible work ethic and expertise. Initially, she made herself available at 10pm, and was prompt to get me released on bail from the county jail. Next, she was very thorough with gathering information while being both respectful and trustworthy. With her knowledge and punctuality she was able to obtain a dismissal promptly, and I never had to appear in court. She kept me informed throughout the process while being empathetic to the stress of the situation. She is the most professional and well-versed attorney I have encountered.
