As a start-up entrepreneur, I was hesitant to hire an attorney for fear of the big fees and being treated as the small business owner not worthy of a big firm's time, as I had previously experienced. Kristin Mendoza has permanently changed that attitude. She has a concierge fee structure where you know the cost of a job upfront. She CARES. Kristin genuinely cares and understands the fear and stress that both the entrepreneur and seasoned business owner face in today's complex business environment. She has provided me with insightful advice that has protected me legally as well as focusing my time more productively. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with dynamic business owners, executive teams, and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of commercial matters. I have worked with companies that are just starting out and have no revenue to large, private corporations with revenue over $100 million. No matter what the task, my goal is to work with clients to understand their business goals and then serve as an effective strategic advisor to help my clients achieve those goals. I devise ways to manage projects so that they are cost-effective while also meeting the time demands of clients. No matter the size the company, every client gets the time and attention that they need and deserve.
On the weekends, you may catch me on the sidelines of some field or basketball court around Nashua watching my kids’ games or enjoying good food and wine with friends. My husband and I also enjoy weekend warrior projects on our 100+ year old home in the North End of Nashua.
Giving back to my community is important. I have served as President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association and on the board of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute. I have also served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua and was a founding member of the Souhegan Valley “Happy Hour” Rotary Club. I am a member of the Leadership Greater Nashua Class of 2008-2009. I currently serve as the Chair of the Board of the Nashua Innovation Center, a non-profit virtual business incubator, and as a board member for United Way of Greater Nashua.
