Marissa is a very knowledgeable trustworthy person. She helped me so much and was able to get all my fines and everything cut in half! When working with her she never made me feel like a lesser person or a bad person for what I was going through. She made me feel very comfortable that it was going to all work out but never made promises she couldn't keep and helped me take steps to improve my situation. I would definitely recommend Marissa and was very happy and satisfied with her services.

Marissa L. Vandersluys joined Gingery Law Group in 2016 as an associate attorney. Since 2004, she has worked in many areas of law, including plaintiff’s personal injury matters, personal injury defense, criminal defense, and bankruptcy.
It was in her time spent working for one of the area’s top defense litigation law firms that she gained essential knowledge on how insurance companies and defense attorneys operate. This has added an advantage to the clients that she represents for personal injury claims.
Marissa graduated from CSU, Sacramento with a degree in Government, minoring in History. She obtained her law degree from Lincoln Law School, Sacramento.
Marissa is a member of the American Association of Justice (AAJ), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA), and the Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA).
