I was referred to Mr. McGirr through the Maricopa County Lawyer Referral Service. I left a message for him and he called back within the hour. We discussed my issues related to our Homeowners Association. Mick was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward with his thoughts and advice. While he could have taken the case and charged our association, he provided an alternative course of action that would be less expensive. And he even offered to assist if we have any further roadblocks or issues. I would highly recommend Mr. McGirr.

I consulted with Mick for help with titling a rental property, LLC closure and transfer, and some trust advice. Mick was thorough, knowledgable and very timely. In addition he is a pleasure to work with. His group, Phocus Companies, offers a complete array of services for professional and personal needs. This is a One Stop Shop for accounting, legal services, insurance and financial advisement (just to name of a few that I have used). Every professional associated with Phocus is exceptional.
