  First and most importantly, Ori is a genuinely nice guy. Everything is not work and he understands catching up at the "water cooler" is an important aspect of the job. He was helpful from day one. Second, whenever I have any questions, he is quick to respond. If he does not know the answer right away, he WILL find the answer. He is also very quick. He is a great mentor and, though somethings we disagree on things, I think overall we have a relationship that is synergistic. I have also learned quite a bit from him, and an incredible amount from the firm in general. While my student, Ori engendered such confidence and respect that, when a position opened at the University of La Verne teaching a course in business law to college students, I prevailed upon him to take the job. Ori demonstrated the ability to master a large body of material quickly, and handle a brand-new environment where he had a great deal of responsibility. Although the course material is dense and difficult for most undergraduates, Ori was a very popular professor. That is rare for a first-time teacher. He is a quick learner, highly responsible, and very bright. I can provide no higher recommendation than to say that, if given the opportunity, I would hire him again.
