  Robyn is a very thorough and competent attorney who I initially sought out during my divorce. Robyn was not only a great advocate for me and my daughter, but was a reassuring voice during a very stressful time. She was able to help us come to a reasonable resolution fairly quickly, and we were able to keep our case out of court. After several years, I found myself needing legal advice regarding updating an outdated parenting plan. Because I had such a wonderful experience with Robyn, I again retained her services.   Robyn represented a client in a case in which I was appointed the Guardian ad Litem. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, while also being reasonable and congenial. Her courtroom demeanor is calm but powerful. She was always extremely prepared and knowledgeable about the case and the law.   I highly recommend Robyn for matters of Divorce and specifically, litigation that might be needed following a Divorce. She does her research and does it well. I hired her to resolve pending matters I initiated with other counsel and self representation after several complex motions had been filed. Her ability to come up to speed on my case with all of it's dynamics and previous filings was amazing. In addition, she quickly was able to counsel me on the facets of the law, and the seasoned legal sense your lawyer should have when dealing with how arguments present, and how to keep the scope of your defense on course while limiting the opponent from changing the dependancies to be considered by the judge. She demonstrated her experience with the court process and understands how judgements will be considered. Aside from understanding the law, she helps to prioritize what's important to control the outcome. A true professional, and takes the time to explain her reasons even when the news is not what you want to hear. She is careful to recommend only efforts that will be fruitful, while justifying against other avenues that might be desired, but may have high risk of negative consequences.

  I am an out-of-state father fighting for primary residential custody and decision-making responsibility of my three kids in the New Hampshire Family Court.
