Ron is an excellent attorney. Ron and I just completed a large international transaction which involved multiple stakeholders and several overlapping areas of law (e.g., secured transactions, securities, corporate governance, etc.). Although Ron and I were on opposing sides, I left the transaction with a tremendous amount of respect for his knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. For such a complex undertaking, I wish all of our transactions could be completed in such a smooth manner. I would not hesitate recommending Ron to any client (large or small).
