About

Born and raised in Kentucky, I attended the University of Kentucky for my political science and anthropology degrees. While at the University of Kentucky, I found my passion for the law as a legal intern abroad in London, England.
After undergraduate, I moved to Seattle to pursue my J.D. and M.B.A. at Seattle University, where I has gained experience learning from in-house counsel working for Trupanion, Inc. and as an extern for Justice Gonzales at the Washington State Supreme Court. I hope to continue working with local Washington businesses in my practice.
Currently, I assist clients with our flat fee entity formations. I focus on drafting corporate documents and filings with the Secretary of State and the Department of Revenue. Additionally, I assist our nonprofit clients with applying for tax exempt status with the IRS.
