A short time ago we went to a known drug area in search of a crucial witness in the defense for our client. The client is facing a long prison sentence, if convicted. This was a situation where Andrea Kolski and I were caught up with weapons threats. This took place with individuals, who were high on drugs. They threatened to take our lives and we were restrained from any movement. Attorney Andrea Kolski with her courageous, super defense techniques of remaining calm explained our task situation. She explained we were not law enforcement and this kept us out of harm's way. I testified in court under oath regarding to this incident.
