satisfied that a demand letter was written and the other party lawyer responded. that was it. follow ups is a courtesy. he updated me personal issues could not continue. being out of state and ask if can give me leads to a lawyer knowing this; the response my work has been done. it was known upfront i did not want to lawyer hop with my case and now force to do so; spend more money and time going back to Florida to get another lawyer.

After calling no less than 15 attorneys in the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale area, and being declined as not worth their time and effort due to the difficulty of the situation, I came across Andrew Pascale. He treated me like this was his only and most important case even though I knew it wasn't. Without getting into all of the details, he was able to settle for much more than I thought, even after being told from all others that I would not receive any settlement monies. Andrew took the time to explain every possible option and the outcome it would bring. I would highly recommend him as I can attest to his professionalism and guidance.

Andrew "Andy" Pascale has a decade of experience representing businesses, real estate investor groups, and as individuals both in and out of the courtroom. He focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation, probate, and civil trial and appellate law, as well as residential and commercial real estate and business transactions. In a case of first impression before Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal, Mr. Pascale set binding precedent when he successfully argued that all subsequent assignees of first mortgage holders are entitled to statutory "safe harbor" after title by foreclosure, thereby limiting their responsibility to pay delinquent association assessments to a maxim of 12 months. Mr. Pascale is a Florida native who was raised in Coral Springs who delivers effective and efficient representation to his clients through strong communication and textbook litigation strategies.
