Cody is a Member of the firm Westberg Roepke Moore, PLLC located in Moscow, Idaho.

Cody was born on the Palouse and grew up in Colton and Pullman. A standout athlete, he ran track in college before injury ended his career. He graduated from Washington State University, where his greatest accomplishment was meeting Laura, who is now his wife and mother of their two children.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Cody worked for the nation’s leading food safety law firm in Seattle. He also served two terms of public service through Americorps and was the director of a non-profit organization dedicated rehabilitating homes for veterans, seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income families.
Cody and Laura returned to the Palouse - LC Valley region in 2012. Whether it is a bike ride on the levy, a hike up Kamiak Butte, or a Saturday at the Moscow Farmer’s Market, they are happy to be home and excited to make a difference.
