Gerard helped us navigate a tricky title issue when buying our home, walking us through each step with detailed advice. He went above and beyond, even sending the paperwork and an overnight label to the bank that needed to sign over the title. He got is into our new house as soon as physically possible, and we are very grateful for his help. He was tremendously helpful in explaining the intricacies of the home-buying process, and never batted an eye at answering all of the questions we had as first-time home buyers. We would recommend him to anyone buying a home in the area!
