I talked with Jeff Nielsen, an attorney at A. Colby Parks, Attorney at Law, P.S., about reviewing a guardianship case for my younger adult sister who is disabled. Jeff is thoroughly knowledgeable about the guardianship process, the laws in Washington State and in my sisters case what is involved with her having a Professional Guardian. Myself and our dad is very grateful for the free consultation and even willing to talk with both of us on a three-way call. Jeff is friendly, helpful, kind, and a great listener. Most importantly he gets straight to the point without beating around the bush or sugar coating. At the end of our call he said that if we had any questions at a later date do not hesitate to call.
