About

My practice is focused on the two things that I know well:  Litigation and Aviation.  If you have a small business with a claim or if your family has been affected by an accident or tragedy you need a trial lawyer to get you to, and through, a trial.  When I represent you, you have a lawyer who is both courtroom- and combat-tested.  I represent clients who have disputes with individuals, small businesses, multi-billion dollar corporations and the United States Government.  If your business or family has been affected by someone else's wrongdoing, your lawyer should be equipped to litigate against the biggest companies in the world and the government, if necessary.
I'm a proud Navy veteran, I was a Naval Aviator and I deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq several times between 2001 and 2004 where I logged dozens of combat flight missions.  After I left the Navy, I joined a premier Philadelphia law firm where I litigated, large, complex, multi-million dollar negligence, product liability, breach of contract, fraud and wrongful death cases.
I have an engineering degree and years of piloting, teaching, courtroom and combat experience which give me the ability to stay calm under pressure and the ability to explain complicated matters to courts and juries in an accessible, easily understandable way that leads to success.
If you are an accident victim, I operate on a contingent fee basis – that means that you do not pay for legal services or legal costs unless and until there is a recovery of money damages.  I handle injury and wrongful death litigation cases on a contingent fee basis.
If you have an individual or small business claim, I have the flexibility to work out billing arrangements that fit your needs.  These claims can include negligence, fraud, breach of contract, consumer protection, defective product, and other cases where someone has committed a tort - that is a legal wrong - against you.
As a veteran I understand that active duty personnel, reservists and veterans are not always treated with the respect that they deserve from the Veterans Administration, government agencies, private employers and others.
If you are serving or have served honorably in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard and you have any legal question at all, call or email and I will get back to you.
