About

Having been in practice for just over three years, Tom has worked on hundreds of cases and has accomplished more than some attorneys hope to over the course of their career. In 2014 alone, he has tried six cases to verdict and 13 cases total with The Simon Law Group, obtaining millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements. His practice focuses on all aspects of wrongful death and personal injury, helping those who’ve been injured in car, motorcycle, bus, bicycle, slip and fall, and pedestrian incidents.  Tom has a tremendous passion for helping his clients and advocating on their behalf.
Tom is graduate of the renowned Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and regularly volunteers his time to other trial lawyers by helping them with story development, jury selection, witness preparation, opening statements, and closing arguments. He is actively involved in the legal community through the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.  Tom’s work has not gone unnoticed in the legal community, he’s been nominated for CAALA’s “New Trial Lawyer of the Year” award and CAOC’s “Street Fighter of the Year” trial award.
Prior to law school, Tom attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Political Science, and Philosophy.  He studied at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom where he focused on international politics, world history, and counter intelligence. During his college years, he also worked for United States Congressman Sam Farr in Washington D.C. helping people with their concerns and assisting lawmakers.
Having attended Pepperdine School of Law, Tom earned his Juris Doctorate degree and Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 2010. He was a member of both Pepperdine’s Trial Advocacy and Negotiation Teams where he was a nationally recognized negotiator. Upon graduation, he returned to Pepperdine to help coach their negotiation team to the regional finals.
Tom is admitted to practice in California state courts as well as federal district courts in Central District of California.
Tom is a Southern California native.
