I am a zealous advocate for my clients, specializing in business law, estate planning & probate, family law and personal injury.
You can be assured that I will work tirelessly to obtain the best results in your case. That said, I regularly counsel my clients on the cost/benefit analysis of their options in their cases. My job is to counsel you in best course of action, not to line my own pockets.
Sometimes that means I have to explain to clients that it is not financially prudent to spend money fighting a losing battle or to spend $100 fighting over $10. I believe that providing candid feedback on the merits of the case and the costs associated with the claim leads to a stronger, lasting attorney-client relationship.
