we found out our title had a $30,000 mortgage on it, put there by an unscrupulous real estate/owner person. that was done 16 years ago. we hired one attorney that along with his investigator could not find paperwork for our home. we went to Eric and Eric found all the paperwork, convinced the unscrupulous person to sign the satisfaction of mortgage and solved our problem. we have so much admiration for Eric. he solved the problem that we thought no one would be able to solve, after 16 years. Eric did it and we rate him A+++++.

Erik is a litigation and family law attorney focusing on large claims (over $10,000), contract disputes, landlord/tenant rights, municipal violations, and paternity. I also handle child support and spousal support adjustments.
Although I focus on the topics above, I also have experience in criminal law, first amendment litigation, and real estate litigation.
