After a series of unfortunate circumstances in a custody battle, it became extremely apparent that legal help was necessary. A friend recommended "Bud" and he's helped turn a horrible situation into one of hope. Without a doubt, he has found his calling in life. His kind professionalism, as well as his take no prisoners attitude has made him a pleasure to work with, as well as an extreme asset. Unfortunately, our case went to trial and is the beginning of a long battle, but I'm beyond confident that with Bud I'll get the results I'm hoping for. If you're looking for a A++ lawyer, look no further!

I hired Mr. Murphy for my Divorce Settlement. While the situation was frightening and very sad having been married 21 years, my experience with my attorney was very positive. I found Mr. Murphy very knowledgeable of NJ Divorce law, sympathetic to my situation and responsive to my needs. My case included Child custody and a divorce settlement in which my husband earned well over six figures and after originally being a professional in the work force had later become a stay at home mother for our children for a little over 10 years. Mr. Murphy was able to help me achieve a settlement in a relatively short period of time and at a reasonable fee under fairly difficult circumstances. It has been my experience that many people do not particularly like their divorce attorneys, however, my experience was a positive one and I would recommend Mr. Murphy to a friend or peer without hesitation.
