Joe was a great lawyer! I have Parkinson’s and I get very nervous and tongue tied he was very patient and understanding! Great guy and lawyer.

Joe Maher is a great lawyer, highly recommended. I hired him for my divorce after I had been with another firm and was already several thousand dollars into the process. He was caring, professional, relentless in the negotiations and he understood the daunting issues that faced me. He also seemed very well respected at the court house, on good terms with clerks and judges. Unlike my previous lawyers, they seemed to have no rapport with the court! This probably was the best decision I could have made. I would have not had the same outcome with the other firm for sure!

I am an experienced attorney that represents clients in family law, custody/parenting time, child support, and divorce matters throughout the Denver Metro Area. I use a variety of methods including, litigation, mediation, and negotiations that works best for my clients and their particular situation and goals. Prior to practicing in Colorado, I worked throughout the State of Maryland as a family law practitioner for seven (7) years.
