Joshua Anaya goes the extra mile for his clients, he is dedicated to protecting consumers from auto dealers and much more. Joshua took my case and was very diligent on keeping me updated on the status of the case and the timely delivery of documents to be signed as we were over 5 hours away from each other. He is an asset to anyone seeking help as he is knowledgeable and has shown to be an assertive attorney. We have won a victory in one part of our case against CarMax and he continues to fight for the outcome that is best for us.

he worked for me in a car fraud case against a dealer and a financing company wich sold a car knowing it was a red flag car on an auction.the case last 2 years and we won the case aagainst them

As an undergraduate, Mr. Anaya attended the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. A life-long swimmer, Mr. Anaya represented the swim team as a scholar-athlete. Mr. Anaya graduated on the Dean’s List from the Shidler School of Business.
