We believe that excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do. Probate is a difficult area of law because it deals with the loss of a loved one. Our firm recognizes and understands that our clients are going through a difficult life transition and oftentimes they have never worked with a law firm or attorney before and are unsure of what to expect. We sincerely value and appreciate that clients put their trust in our firm and we do everything we can to make their probate experience as stress free, simple and easy as possible. We walk our clients through every step of the process and make sure that they are informed and kept up to date. The last thing we want is for the client to be left in limbo wondering what happened to the attorney they hired several months ago. We believe that the customer should be treated as family and we go the extra mail to make sure they feel that way.
