Lisa advised our company as we walked through the minefield of formation, capital development, and then negotiation of all the things needed to successfully get capital invested. She was constantly supportive, able to manage disparate personalities, and most of all, view all of the activity from 10,000 feet. She kept us from making stupid mistakes and accomplished this feat with a gentle touch. On the other hand, she could be a tiger when representing us, and I was always grateful she was on our side. I would recommend Lisa to anyone in business. Whether you are a start-up, ongoing, looking to purchase or sell a business, Lisa Rammes will always provide you with 120% effort and deliver results greater than you expect.
