  I thought I was screwed when I was arrested for DUI and refused to consent to a blood test. Even though I was sober and in my opinion the police had no probable cause, the officer managed to get a warrant, refused my request for a lawyer, and took my blood against my will. I never felt more abused and humiliated. The whole system seemed stacked against me. Logan not only got my DUI charge dismissed, he also got my license reinstated without penalties (after an appeal to the district court), which really seemed impossible. I recommend Logan Collins to anyone in need of criminal defense.

  I was victim of my own poor decision making when i decided to drive while i had been drinking with a bac of 1.8 (double the legal limit) before i had contacted Mr. Collins. He was very understanding of my financial situation as i am a full time college student and work only about 30 hours a week. We were able to set up an incredibly favorable payment plan and he still gave a complete effort despite the money not being payed up front which is very commendable. He is great with communication wether it be text or call and took me step by step through the entire process with 100% complete transparency and clarity. Although he was not the lawyer to represent me in court, he is well backed by a more than capable legal team and i couldn't be more grateful for the amount of work they put in and their efforts to have my DUI reduced to a driving while impaired.
