He was always extremely well prepared and organized, having investigated the file well and completed discovery that worked to both increase the value of his case and position it well for mediation.   Luke and I have known each other since our first days of law school. We were in the same day section, took the same courses together, and studied together for the finals. When it came for us to study for the bar, we became an army of two and spent 3 months preparing for the bar together. I for one, would not have passed the bar exam on the first try if it were not for Luke being there with me as the smart one (I was the "creative" one). After we became lawyers, I worked with Luke for nearly a year working on probate cases. As an attorney, Luke is confident, smart, and very professional in his engagement with everyone: clients, judges, opposing counsels, and other people that we encounter over the regular course of a legal practice.
