I have both hired Mr. Perry's services for both business and personal legal matters and have found his service to be excellent. He has successfully worked through several complicated and high stakes contractual and lender involved matters. His council is direct and clear, and his legal knowledge is deep. The fees are appropriate and fair, and he has always been responsive. He remains the "first call" for my legal needs.

I had an employee embezzle a significant amount of trust funds and Mr. Perry guided me through the incredibly difficult maze of resolving respective issues with the IRS and clients whose funds were held in trust. His efforts went above and beyond legal service.

I received both an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Arizona. I completed my undergraduate study at California State University at Long Beach. I am licensed to practice in Idaho, Arizona, Florida and Washington and am admitted to practice before the U.S. Claims Court, the U.S. Tax Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Idaho, Arizona, Middle District of Florida and the Eastern District of Washington, as well as the state courts of Idaho, Florida, Washington and Arizona.
