I can't explain enough how much this man is of an OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY. my first time incarcerated in LC I lost my mom in the first few days...everyone who told me my chances of getting temporary release for services we're going to be slim to none, (private attorneys told me to stop trying because it won't happen) except for him. I had 30 minutes to spare to file this motion before the court house closed for the day & this man had done the absolute incredible and defied all odds. Highly recommended for absolute ANY criminal justice case you are looking to be treated fairly for. Great job Matt & thank you again! Talk soon.

Attorney Matthew L. Clemente, a native of Northeast Pennsylvania, grew up in Wayne County. He attended Honesdale High School and worked on a sheep farm during the summers. Matt earned his Bachelors of Arts from Cornell University, where he studied Philosophy and Government and graduated summa cum laude. He went on to attain his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He was admitted to practice law by both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Matt is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Clemente served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Mariani, District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is also employed as a part-time public defender, representing indigent clients in criminal matters in Luzerne County. Matt lives in Dunmore with his fiancée, Shaina, daughter, Adeline, and rescue cat, Hobbes.
