I was referred to Nick by a friend who is also a lawyer. Nick was excellent. Was unsure about filing suit so Nick advised me to begin with filing a claim and then we would go from there. Nick was very understanding. He kept me kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer any question I had. Ended up not having to sue and walked away with a very fair settlement. I would absolutely recommend Nick to a friend or family member if ever in a similar situation.

Nicholas was great, If I had any questions he would follow up quickly and he made me feel at ease, if I need to use Mr. Nicholas again I will and I will tell my friends and family to use his firm.

About

A native of Augusta, Georgia, Nick Utley received his undergraduate and masters degrees from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. In 2009, he earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School, where he was a member of the law review, and competed on the school’s mock trial team. Prior to founding Jenkins Utley, P.C., Nick was an associate at Foy & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia, and was an associate with a respected law firm in Augusta, where his practice focused on personal injury matters, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense.
Nick was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2009, and is licensed in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia. He has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and the Southern Districts of Georgia. Nick is happily married to his wife, Carolann. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and being outdoors.
