Welcome to my profile. As an experienced litigator, I have guided numerous individuals and corporations through the legal system. Having handled many high-profile, high-stakes litigation matters, I bring a level of expertise and attention to detail to every case in which I am involved. Being involved in a court case is a stressful situation for clients and I work to ease that stress by providing the confidence that the matter will be handled diligently, discretely and professionally.

An experienced litigatior, I am also an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, where I have taught since 2001.  I also serve on a number of non-profit boards and am the founder of The Law Squad, a speakers' programs that brings  judges, police officers and attorneys to high schools to discuss new laws and trends in the justice system that affect teens and their parents. I am also the host of "The Law Squad" TV program, which airs on Long Island Public Television. I am the managing partner of my firm which is a litigation boutique.  We pride ourselves on providing big firm results, ability and experience in a small firm setting. We have litigated successfully against many of the largest firms in the country and on some of the most noteworthy and high profile cases in our area. The firm was established in 1977 and enjoys an "AV" rating - the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbbell, the oldest lawyer rating service in the country.  We have always provided a free initial consultation and personalized attention.
On a personal note, I was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and am fluent in Spanish. I now reside on Long Island with my wife and three sons.
