I can not rave about Sierra Butler at Butler Elder Law enough. Sierra helped my family and I through an extremely difficult time in our lives. We had two other lawyers who had neglected to do their jobs accurately and had failed to file important documents in a timely matter. I was panicking and stressed and Sierra came through in a big way. She literally fixed everything for us. We had a complicated situation and what started out as something we thought was going to take multiple court visits and multiple pleadings ended up being handled quickly and efficiently by Sierra. She was patient and kind and thorough in her explanations. She knew her what she was talking about and after the first conversation with her, I knew we'd picked the right lawyer. She was always easily accessible, both on the phone and through email, and got back with me promptly. All of these are things we had not experienced with our other lawyers. I can say without conviction that you will not be disappointed with her.

The biggest hit Kates & Barlow took in 2011 was the loss of Sierra Pino. She was our rising star. After years of hard work and long hours, she was rapidly turning into a lawyer able to run her own cases. Her development was well ahead of pace. Clients enjoyed working with her and opposing counsel routinely complimented me on her skill, preparation and approach. Sierra is sorely missed back in Boston by many.

Sierra was a pleasure to work with. She has good work ethics, knows how to give directions and tackles assignments with diligence and all the while maintaining her professionalism and a smile. Sierra Butler is the founder of Butler Elder Law, a member of Ferrari, Butler & Moneymaker, PLLC. Sierra embraces the use of technology to provide efficient and cost-effective services to her clients. She strives to ensure that her client-families are in the best position possible to provide quality care for their aging or disabled loved ones while maintaining their financial security.
Sierra is extremely active in the legal community where she is presently serving as on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Manatee County Bar Association and Memberschip Chair for the Manatee American Inn of Court. She is also a member of the Penick Elder Law Inn of Court, and the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law sections of the Florida Bar.
She is a member of Cheers for Charity, a women's philanthropic giving circle providing grants to local non-profit organizations, and she donates her time to speak at various events which education the public in the areas of elder and special needs law.
In her spare time, she likes playing volleyball and spending time with her husband, son and their three dogs.
