Stephen did an excellent job resolving our construction dispute in a timely and economical manner. He understands our industry. I recommend him to any builder.

In my few disputes, whether with Contractors or Home Owners, due to Mr. Polozola's expertise there is usually no issue due to the fact his advice and contracts are so specific and follow the ever changing Texas law. He always takes my calls or gets back to me very quickly. In my two arbitrations I recieved 100% of what I wanted due to the extreme preparation of my attorney and by using his contracts which made it difficult for opposing counsel to have much of an arrgument. I was taken back as to the depth of pre trial prep he had done even for a small case as mine. I feel we came out on top because my lawyer was superior to the other guy's lawyer and that's what you want! To sum it up I would encourage anyone in the real estate business to put their faith in Stephen Polozola. I have for years and it has been a great relationship and I feel he always has my back.

I got to know Stephen in Austin with his association with TAB. He has been my attorney for many years now with my home building and remodeling company. Stephen is one of the best construction attorneys in the State of Texas. IN my opinion he is the best!
