Corey was the Attorney who prepared me for and accompanied me to my deposition in a highly emotional case against my former employer. He was super professional but also compassionate. Not having been in a court case before, I was taken off guard by the nature of the other Lawyer who quite frankly was arrogant and trying to intimaidate me at every turn. While I know that this was his job- I was surprised and it made it more difficult. When I needed a break, Corey was there to remind me that I was doing just fine and to stay focused, to be strong in knowing I was telling the truth and doing the right thing. Basically he Kept me upright and in the fight. What a strange thing to go through something so hard with someone you don’t truly know. If I knew anyone who needed that kind of help and advocacy I would feel comfortable sending them to Corey.

While working for my employer for 20 plus years I was called into my managers office and faced disaplinary action for something I was accused of doing. I called Alan Olson and Associates and my case was given to Corey Swinick. Don't be fooled by his youthful look. Very knowledgeable and informed about workers rights. He explained everything to me in terms I can understand and followed through with everything via phone or email. The outcome of my case was favorable and I would recommend this firm and Corey specifically for any of your attorney needs.

My practice is devoted entirely to advocating for employees’ rights to be free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; to enjoy a safe and healthy work environment; and to receive the compensation and benefits they are entitled to. In order to ensure those employee rights, I file claims under state and federal laws, including the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. I seek to provide each of my clients with high-quality, ethical representation; prompt communication; and an individualized, down-to-earth approach in order to meet and exceed their goals.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching hockey and football, collecting vinyl records, playing guitar, and cooking.
