We had an issue with a claim on our homeowner’s insurance where the company was refusing to pay out or even return our calls. We went to McKean to help us, and were able to get more money than we ever expected. McKean was thoughtful to work with, clearly laid out the process and decision points, and was punctual with his work. Hopefully we’ll never have a situation like this again but if we did then we’d go with McKean.

I reached out to McKean during a difficult time regarding an FMLA matter with my former employer. He provided quality advice to me from the beginning, is very knowledgeable, and provided me with several options regarding my case. He always kept me up to date on what was happening and took the time to speak with me when I needed clarification. I am an attorney representing diverse clients, including insurance policyholders, small businesses and their owners, employees and consumers. I have five years’ experience litigating complex disputes in varied areas of the law, from life insurance to employee benefits to real estate appraisal fraud.
I recently joined Pivotal Law Group after relocating to Seattle with my fiancé, a native of the Pacific Northwest. I am excited about moving to Seattle and am enjoying exploring the city and the beautiful Washington wilderness.
